Dear my friends who participate in this speech contest
Ladies and Gentlemen
It’s
a great pleasure for me to stand here for joining this speech contest.
In this good occasion, I’d like to deliver a speech with a subject “Why should corruption live in our country”
Ladies and gentlemen,
I think we all know what corruption is. Commonly, Corruption is meant by an action of abusing a
chance or trust for personal gain or other illegal or immoral benefit.
As we know, Corruption is not only forbidden by law but also each
religion available in Indonesia that teaches us about bad impacts of
doing negative things, like getting heavy punishment in the hereafter.
There will be heaven and hell waiting us to account for what we have
done in this world. It is
obvious that corruption belongs to the sinful action that should be
banned because it really harms the others. It can be regarded from
various kinds of field, like economy, moral, social one and so on.
Ladies
and gentlemen, many people really know that. But why is our country
still full of corruption? The most terrific thing is that Indonesia has
got a title “corruption country?” Why do our country get such a bad
title? Why?”
